i found it 1/2 hour ago...learn to word your google searches and u can find anything well if its there =D..no i wont give it to u..im scared of the internet police but it can be found if u want it that bad(should have got it when released tho)dont know how long the links will be up tho..so google away

I understand why you took it down juicy you must be complient but everyone else aint juicy. The whole reason this website was made is for us to push the limits of our device and the limits of our knowledge, if microsoft dont want it displayed out loud than it must be talked about on the hush. The funny thing is it helps microsoft also they look at our advancements and make them accordingly in their research.

Now i understand that it must be behind closed doors due to the legality of the site, we dont want no repremand to the site, I love ppcgeeks but they cant say nothing thats behind closed doors, they have no right or warrant. So microsoft can cry me a river even thought i like them they need to look in the mirror first.

the site owners have asked for it not to be given out, they have asked for you to stop asking about it so do it. there is no argument and your opinion on the matter does not change the fact so drop it. and no the whole reason for this website is to share resources in a legal manner and we the users and the staff are all required to be fully compliant to the DMCA according to the rules you're supposed to read when you register. this site is here for knowledge not for posting stuff to see how pissed off MS will get before they stick there nose in and Send out cease and desist orders.

seriously some of the things that are coming out of users mouths over this topic are just plain ridiculous and STUPID. guys its time to drop it. use your head people.

Not sure y everyone wants this... but I found it 5 minutes ago. I didn't want it. I just wanted to prove that you can find what you want if you know how to google.

I'll be closing this thread down, but I'm going to reply as part of the staff and offer an explanation.

Someone at Microsoft called Mike regarding this rom and the SYS CE OS 5.2.21014 Build 21014.1.6.0. They said it was confidential source code and asked that it be removed. While I don't believe they sent him a "cease and desist" notice, we still complied because we don't want to turn Microsoft against us.

They could have gone further by showing proof that it is confidential source code and gotten a warrant for the poster's information and force us to take it down and if we didn't comply they could contact the host and have the whole site shut down.

So before it got to that point we decided to comply to an extent. They did ask for Juicy's contact information, but we believe in user privacy, so we won't provide that without the proper legal notice. As said before, he's not the one that leaked it either, so I don't think they could go after him for anything.

As Juggalo mentioned, this site is designed for us to share resources and information legally. While custom ROMs may be considered borderline on legality, we have not stopped that because we haven't been asked to by the authorities, and hopefully that will never happen. Custom ROMs are a benefit of this site and sites like our's. If they force one site to stop custom ROMs they must try to stop all of them, which would be a huge battle.

If a user has politely requested users to stop PMing them for this ROM, then please follow their wishes and stop.
