It uses your appointment entries in your calendar and GPS to notify who you are meeting with to let them know you'll be late. There is a free ad supported version. Am wondering how intrusive the ads are. Seems like it would be a useful app.

Ive been interested in this app also, but am reluctant to try it out because it seems that it would be a battery hog since it has to use the GPS. Why don't you install it and try it out for us. Let us know how it works for you with Kev's ROM.

KK, I'm bugged about one thing with this ROM. When deleting email on the Sprint ROM, I could drag my finger over multiple emails to delete them. Now with the ROM, I have to delete them one at a time. Can you tell me what I need to do to get this feature back?

Thanks for the info.

So does this corner clock display alarm info? Looks kinda cool, but would like to have alarm info on screen. In one of the images there is an analog clock with date on it and alarm info off the the side, which I kinda liked. Any idea on where and how to get that one running?

I'm still experimenting with that...in that thread...eenie discusses that IF there is an alarm event OR missed call OR voicemail...that it would SHOW up as normal....

Yeah, this is something that has bugged me also, but have never really looked into it. There is a work around, when in the message list go to Menu, Select Messages. This allows you to select multiple messages, but again, no dragging to select.

Anyone know what the regedit would be to change this setting?

Thank you for doing that. This is good practice that everyone should follow whenever they are trying a new app, rom, radio, whatever. I did the same thing when I first flashed my radio as well.

Makes you wonder if the next solution if for Kevin to put up a splash screen duration the phone's customization with the landscape warning. I'm just joking!!

I know this is a just a joke, but its a really good one. I'm gonna go thank you for it. Even if Kev did that, we'd still get posts about it. I'd not only bet on it, I'd give YOU odds, just to make it fair.

Edit: Kev, I made you a new background:

Just playin around, having some fun. Sorry guys if we're taking this too far, but if you'd searched this thread for "landscape tf3d" you'd literally get over 50 posts.

seems like it'd be a big battery drain

Or do they just come on here JUST to post THEIR problems without first reading the other responses to see if anyone else is having the same issue.

Paul I apologize for taking this out on you, but it has been addressed 462 times. That is not an exaggeration. It's even on the very first post of the thread.

This ROM is using TF3D HD. There is NO LANDSCAPE in TF3D.

My bad, guys.

I've read about this new rom on the phone and had only 10 minutes between jobs to stop by home, flash the rom, get contacts and get going.

Great work KK.

This is the best rom I've had in while. Kinda missing landscape, but willing to sacrifice for well build rom :headbang:

Perhaps, perhaps not. The way the app supposedly works is that when you are heading off for your appointment you open the app, select the contacts you want to notify from the appointment attendees, and then it uses GPS to determine where you are in relation to where you are heading. So it's not running constantly, only when you want it to.

I see using something like this very selectively, on a limited basis - perhaps the occasional work meeting, or more likely for dates. Might score some brownie points for "being considerate" in saying you're running late! :)
