I love the KK line of ROMS but I'm having a hell of a time with this one. First off I was getting the dreaded frozen screen after the first boot. The phone was stuck on the time/date screen after doing the alignment. When I went to reflash it I kept getting stuck at 9% during the flash... eventually I had to SD flash it back to the sprint rom then I tried again... My biggest gripe is I can't get my exchange / active sync to connect. Active sync connects but not reliably.. Exchange just flat out wont work.. I never get prompted to put in my password as required by my business. I've reverted back to 1.5 for now but I'm hoping you get these issues panned out. Best of luck.

so far everything is good kk except for when i receive texts the number never goes away it just keeps adding.... then some how it erases but if i get a new text it stays on there for ever this happens with missed calls and texts... not to sure what causes it do you have any ideas?

i just updated from 1.5 and everything works great and it's much smoother, but two things.
1. the input text when im texting someone in landscape has gotten like 3 times larger, any way to change it back?
found this option under settings, system, screen
2. is there anyway to set galarm on the today screen to replace the stock alarm when you click on the clock?

Just got my touch pro a few days ago and loaded this rom on my phone. so far i love it, but only thing i absolutely hate is the little grey box that pops up when you start typing (the suggested words box). Is there a way to get rid of it completely, if so how?

I have it so it doesn't suggest anymore, but the box still shows up and whatever I type still shows in there which is annoying if I want to use the cursor keys on the entire sentence instead of just a word.

Please help, this is pet peeve of the year for me!! TIA!

try hitting the abc-t9 slider on your on screen keyboard. Set that to abc...think that will take care of your problem.

KK, any chance of getting this in the new version?

it lets you watch the 5 streaming movie channels from ardcorp.

If it's too much trouble to cook it, don't worry about it then.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that since v1.7, that this thread has been much quieter, like less posts/activity? I think that's a good sign, less bugs and such. It's the best build yet, keep up the great work Kev (or Kevan, or KK).

I am on 1.5...getting some lag issues that I see mentioned here also but with the above report of Activesync not working reliabl, that is a deal-breaker for me as I use this for work email all the time and need this to be working at least. I will wait or look at another ROM.
