I miss colonel...

he always made my favorite roms... all the rom builders are cool.

jd is the no bull rom.
theres a gamer's rom.
erice and hibby make great roms.
but i liked colonel bc his rom was bloated w/ stuff i liked.
yea it slowed down my phone. but I loved what he put in it.
right now im reading up on how to create my own roms... but god do i miss colonel. but i don't know diddly squat about fixing building and finding the cool stuff he had on his. I found some posts where i can get that stuff. but there are others. and i don't know if they work or not. and the sad part is... i can't ask for the apps that i want. bc i don't know if its legal or not.
maybe he doesn't have the touch pro... maybe he just got tired of people telling him this and that about his roms...
but colonel... where ever you are... I beg you to come back. make your cool roms again.

Go to ppckitchen.org and setup an account if you don't already have one...then click on user cp and live support at the top...he is usually in the chat room there...

Edit: I just logged in there and he is also logged in and the chat room says its his birthday so maybe not ask him today...haha

whats the difference between this and custom roms.

and 2 what the heck is the difference between qvga and vga other than the pixel ratio... is the tp qvga?

and i'd really like to get into more custom roms than buildos for ppckitchen.

His roms are made from the kitchen, so, in a way, you can make his rom your way if you want.

Custom roms are like dealership cars. kitchens are like well equipped machine shops. Both will get you down the road, but one will get there in style with every bit of performance tuned just the way you like it AND with a custom paint job.

QVGA and VGA refer (wrongly) to both the aspect ratio and to the screen dimensions. Microsoft finally figurred out their blunder and now seperate the aspect ratio from the screen dimensions. We haven't followed suit yet.

Hey colonel, why don't you put a paypal link up to donate to your TP fund. I would donate and I am sure others would. Even if all the TP owners from here and XDA would donate $1, I would think you could get $500.
