WHen will the ROM be up? Does anybody know if I can download a ROM from my phone then just change the name to the RAPHIMG and flash it? Will that work? Or does it have to be transfered from a computer?

I know this is a very noob question but it is one of the main reasons I never make a custom rom of my own.

When I am trying to make my own OEM packages, as an example, I have amAzeGPS. The creation of the OEM goes just fine. However when I try to build a rom I get an error for arrow.png. Searching the OEM's turns up another file named arrow.png that is for opera. In order to continue, I have to delete one but they are both different and specific to that proram. So wtf am I doing wrong that isn't allowing me to build a rom with files using the same name? I even tried to make sure that the OEM won't install to the windows folder but instead installs to the correct Prorgam Files\amAzeGPS blah blah and that isn't working either.

When you have 2 different programs using the same file name, that's where it starts getting a little tricky because you will have to learn how to use provxmls but look around in the kitchen, you see multiple examples, so copy and modify and test is really the only way of doing it. Look at the one in the white clock folder, that one has a rename command which could work for you

Building the ROM is actually pretty easy, all you have to is make the selections and the kitchen will do the rest, if you want to insert your own OEMs, then a little learning is required as you have to make sure registry keys, shortcuts, etc are right and go where the need to but once you do it a couple of times, you'll figure it out

I tried to cook in the "Skinny Signal Bars" registry key but for some reason it's not taking.

Calcu, could it be that the customizations sets it back to 5 instead of the 7 for the skinny bars?
