I've been using the 1gb that was supplied with the phone and I've never had a problem.

That sucks. I like to have may rom image and system full backup on the SD card for relatively quick restore because when I am out in the field it is critical that I dont lose my info and Winmo is well known for fubaring itself when you need it most.

If its a restore issue, Sprite Backup works great, it backs up everything.

I keep that extra SD card in my wallet with the ROM image on it.

Yeah, i do that but I had a $5,000 job out of town i was on the road to last year and my mogul apparently shorted some pins in the USB jack and it blanked the rom, so I would have needed to flash the rom before the backup.

I use Myphone beta

It syncs all kinds of stuff, even text messages to a cloud server, works great, especially between my mogul, treo pro and two touch pros. [I have a Winmo addiction]

Myphone, sprite, pim backup do nothing for you if your ROM is blanked or corrupt and needs reflashing.

Does anyone have an idea why comm manager launches on bootup and doesnt close with the x button. I can close it with wktask and then everything is ok. Besides thims minor annoyance, everthing else seems great.
