just wondering, what are the differences between the latest builds of winmo? (20931,20954, 21109). Any of them significantly faster/better than another?

Some people like 20931 more than 20954, to me after the tweaks I did to the kitchen in this last release with 21109, so far it's my favorite. But to be fair, I haven't tried 20931 on this new kitchen yet, only 20954 & 21109

Excellent release Calcu! Cooked a rom and seems to be running well. Did you fix the GPS issue I was talking about further up? Still looks like i have to manually set a com port for GPS to work. I'll verify in a bit though just to make sure.

I didn't try specially to fix that, I did turn the gpsdrivers in modules now so they load quicker but nothing to change the com port. So try it and let me know

Also the memory issue has been fixed and it can't be fixed without using this kitchen and if your going to ask, it's not a reg key (Thanks Chuckz07 for the flashaton we had to do to get this working)

Calkulin's Touch Pro 21109 Kitchen Preview (v1.1)

So good so far with Verizon. Actually boots up all the way. Last one wouldn't always boot for me was rather odd.

Update:
There is a large white space where the carrier logo normally would be. I am using the Telus one with the sprint clock.

Just a quick question are you going to update the Sprint Base Rom with your new kitchen??? I just downloaded and installed to my device, I really like everything except that little memory bug. I am also new to this flashing thing however what is the difference of flashing your kitchen rather than flashing the Sprint Base Rom? Or if someone could actually help me along with using the Kitchen with the Sprint Base Rom it would be GREATLY appreciated!

I'll update the ROMs soon but if you want to try the kitchen, it's really easy, just select build a ROM, select the device, protected or not and buildOS will open, make the selections, press the play button, when it says done, close buildos and the kitchen will do the rest or if you want to use buildos+package tools, when you press play it will do everything and bring the ROM flasher when done building

...so is this honestly the only step in actually making your own ROM??? Basically a ROM based of your kitchen...right??? Hhmm...what else would I have to do to actually do this???

Still required to go in and manually set the GPS to com 4. Personally, this doesn't bother me however with Sprint Nav, you can not set the GPS to com 4 and it isn't finding the GPS driver.

That's it, when the ROM is done building, the ROM flasher will pop up so you can flash the ROM

Since I don't have this problem on the Diamond, it will be hard to diagnose the problem but on what ROMs has that worked for you?
