PPCGeeks - [ROM](August 3,2009) MERDIN'S WMPro 5.1 CE OS 5.2.230(Build 230 MerdinH)

from a fresh flash, before i put programs on, i went to setting/system, and went to key lock and selected "do not lock buttons". from that point, if i turned my phone off, i could wake it by pressing a button. If i had to reset my phone however, that is when it would automatically lock again. It is something that i just noticed and if you didn't change anything, don't worry about it, i just wanted to know if you knew of a fix.

Imma still use this kick a$$ rom!!!

Do you mean the regular keypad keys get locked if so thats normal because only the power button is suppose to be unlocked, so you would have to press the power button to turn it on, but the other keys should be locked when s2us is on the phone, i never change that setting after a flash and dont have any problems with it.

For the time fix/problem:
I have been useing the windowsmobile "WM DST Update (KB958729)" cab I found posted here:

I installed it since yesterday and reseting my phone all day 2day testing cabs and the time stayed fixed.
So Merdin I guess mayby U can implement the cab into your kitchen, or alter the TP2 Manilla in this area.

If I already missed, sorry, but how do you add a 4th row to the programs tab? I really got to like this? I'm all for using all the space available on the screen!!!

First off, excellent Rom, Merdin...

I got tha following issues, not sure if it was mesntioned..

The screen turns red when I click on Wallpaper from the Comm Manager Menu.
Also, I can't type with tha keyboard when I'm texting...no landscape texting
Also, when I add a favorite contact, tha contact WILL add, however tha screen will turn red after adding tha contact (the screen freezes, it shuold go back 2 tha Fav. Contact Page)

Let me know if there is a fix for this yet, by tha way I'm loving tha Search bar in tha Internet Tab & option 2 re-arrange/delete tabs

the problems you mentioned are not rom related problems, try goind a hardware reset, and then try and see if that fixes it, if not flash another rom to be sure its not rom related, and if its not rom related then you would need to get a new device.

Also wanted to guys to know i read all the posts on hear, and i look for the feedback so please dont think i didnt read your post, i already have a collection of bugs to fix, which is alot smaller list then the 3.9 version, ill get started as soon as i can.
