21014 contains WM 6.5 Kernel elements. its unreleased and its agains MS EULA to redistribute or even benchmark Beta or anything before RTM.

this is why i stay away form this new stuff. im well and fully aware of how MS operates and there concerns about public distribution of in development source code.

you better belive that MS is on here daily. they emply people strictly for the purpose of making sure no one breaks there EULA agreements.


also its strictly prohibited to redistribute any thing by Microsoft that Beta or anything besides RTM. long story shory Juicys rom contained elements of WM 6.5 and ms doesnt want it distrubuted publically.

MS and HTC both employee people to read what is going on at these forum sites. It is a great way for them to get free testing done has well.

If they release something that has a few small bugs, but do not want to pay to have engineers find what is wrong, they will release it, knowing that it is bad, and then read these forums and wait for the end user to find the fix for them.

they win out of the deal, sure some people might stay away from the HTC or MS for that, but every company does it, or would do it. They dont have to pay anyone to do it, and they can come on here, find the fix and apply it.

The joys of being early adopters.



Go ahead and still port it, it is still a solid system, but just use it for personal use.

Damn work. I wanted to dl 4.7 but I waited bc I have work to do. Now I want it that much more. :D
