Well hell, after 18 pages and the normal Juicy hype, I AM SO ANXIOUS for this ROM. Just a quick questions, actually 2.

1. The whole multi-select issue is only with the stock file explorer right? Will we have issues if we use Total Commander or another explorer?

2. Did you include that crap a44 picmail program sprint "graced" us with? I hate that program and have been searching for a way to remove from my stock ROM but have failed a couple times.

*Forgive me if the answers to these questions are in your notes in the first post. I read ALL 18 pages on my TP... Damn, after 18 pages, I know this thing is going to be sweet!

Thanks for the work put in and the continues work going into this ROM.

Put me in for $5 towards the Telus TP. I'm not sure who/where to pay but someone send me a pp address so I can donate.

FYI, you won't have multiselect in Total Commander either...the Windows touch gestures seem to be present in every app that isn't java based (i.e. opera mini) so you won't have multiselect in there either. Bummer :( On the good side though the windows gestures seem to work pretty well.

Just an FYI, you CAN use multitouch from my experience in total commander. All you have to do is touch the Ctrl button on the bottom, then select the files you want, then click te ctrl again and click copy or cut or whatever your doing.

It is some what usable, but there are some things that are not working that you need to be aware of.

Okay, to answer some of your questions, with Resco Explorer, I always have been able to multi-select, just pass your finger over the icons and drag, it will select multiple files... Second there was no picture mail loaded and I think it is the best thing to do for three reasons. 1. Anyone can download the picture mail app from Sprint Power Pack. 2. Telus, Verizon etc. users can't use it, so it would be a waste of space to even have it installed and could create issues with other apps. 3rd. As a Sprint user myself, I don't even waste my time with it because I rather use sMMS. Sprint picture mail sometimes works and some times doesn't, for me it is a hit or miss.... I called Sprint and talked to their customer support and it was a no go even after talking to advance tech support. A few days later, picture mail was sending and receiving... sMMS, will do everything Sprint picture mail does but faster and better. Not only can you clean up all the crap you may have saved on Sprint picture mail site, you can also download the picture at 480*640 resolution!!! With Sprint picture mail when I copied pictures from my phone to the computer they came out small no matter how they were saved, with sMMS, they are a native resolution! I also find sMMS to load faster, send faster, receive faster and save faster!

yeh total commander doesnt use a tap and drag gesture, it has a CTRL button there to multiselect which still works fine on 20xxx builds

I use sMMS which I too feel is SUPERIOR to that SprintPic mail. What were they thinking....

Thanks for the reply Rico and I look forward to the Juicy ROM.

Take care.

100% Agree! I don't know how Sprint can manage messing up their own app/ service when they have all the resources to take it to what ever level they want and sMMS just blew them out of the water! :protest:

Am I missing something? I keep trying to find the link to the download and cant find it. I search through the thread and see others asking where the link is and I dont see any answers.

So Let me be the one to ask once again. Where is the link?
