Dream,
I am not sure how you got the camera to work so well but I have to give you props for that!
The stock drivers worked like S*** in a low light area but now it sill still take picture clean and quick in any light.

Im going to TRY and not flash for a few months.

Anyway have 0 problems after 24 hours . Still very fast. Best rom I ever tried!!!

I've been running this (full) ROM for about 48 hours, and still have yet to discover any issues. Another fantastic job, Dream! This one really takes the cake... Fast, stable and feature rich!

Hey Dream!
You know that I am one of your ROM junkies... so I wanted to give you some feedback on things that I have found for me.

Opera:
When I click on the web buton in TF3d, for some reaso it opens 2 tabs at once. I have no idea why? Is anyone else getting this?

Also... there isnt an infinite zoom on this build. Other build would let you "scroll" the main wheel thing and it would zoom in to your hearts content. This build does not have that. Does anyone know which one does?

Also... I notice the speaker Icon stays at the top bar more than i noticed it before. Maybe its me... but i dont remember seeing it unless the phone was on vibrate or silent.

Pretty much everything else that I have noticed it perfect. If I catch anything else, Ill let you know. And thank you very much for all your hard work.

Compliments to the chef.

I bounce back and forth between yours and Mighty's but I have come to the conclusion yours is just as fast and which is important to me everything works. And not for nothing most of the good chef's roms on this board are all in the same ball park of speed.

Only minor tiny issue is, which I know is specific to your rom, when I click on my people tab it takes 5 seconds for my favorites to show up. Which is normal after a soft reset until things cache which happend to every rom I tried. And with other roms, when I click on the people tab the second time, the favorites pops up instantly. But with yours it always take at least 5 seconds approx before I see any of my favorites.

Just wondering if there is a fix for that or just an outcome on how your rom is cooked and so fotrth.

I am on your latest and greatest rom now which I love, but that has always been a quirk on your roms at least whith my phone.

I have none right now and takes that long with no one, I usually keep around 4 and same thing happens. I just came back from mighty rom which I have zero delay not even a 1 second. My favs would pop up instantly.

i love this new rom.. finally switched from JD's old 19XXX build and love it... the one thing i do miss is the green in the manila tf3d (I know i'm part of the minority on this).

is there any way to get that back via cab or something? I was thinking of just copying the files from JD's old rom but I don't want to lose the profile and comm manager tab. Your files are also compressed so TF3D seems faster.

I really enjoyed the PIE6 with Flash support in 1.1. If available, can you or anyone post a cab? Otherwise, this new ROM 1.2 has a nice flow. Thanks for your efforts.

I'm noticing no delay with loading up contacts. At least, no more than ive experienced with all the other roms ive tried.

I usually keep 4 on, but i tried with 10 and saw no unusual delay.

Hi Dream, Thanks for the new ROM, so far it's fabulous.

For me there is NO favorite contacts delay, camera feels much faster, TF3D very fast, Battery appears very good so far, I ran Google Maps w/GPS for 45 minutes driving with hardly any drain.

The missing apps/tweaks don't bother me much as they can be easily added via cabs. However it would be awesome if you could link them near the changelog for those who miss your prior "features" as you have occasionally done so in the past.

Questions:
1) Can you elaborate on any additional prior "fixes" and Registry tweaks which are or more specifically ARE NO LONGER included. i.e. Sprint Tethering detection (very important to many). I assume that this is a given tweak, but you know what they say about ***-U-me.

2) Why isn't this ROM a 2.0? It appears to be a brand new and FULL changelog from factory default config, rather than from any of your previous "versions"

3) Would you be willing to add a little explanation in the changelog on WHY you chose which versions of the primary components such as BASE OS/System/ROM/Opera/Radio? Because they are the newest, or smallest, closest to stock, best performance, prettiest, etc...

4) Maybe in the changelog you could link to the proper forum locations for the various and specific ADDS you have included? That way if someone is new or unfamiliar with an app they can easily go read up on the CORRECT and current version you have included (i.e. SNE, APM, USB2PC, etc...).

5) Could you give us a brief roadmap on how you expect Dream and possibly Phyre ROMS to progress in the future? Whether you plan on primarily using leaked/Beta ROMS, factory Sprint releases, or borrowing component ROMS/OS/features from other phones (Omnia, Fuze, Diamond, etc.)

Whats up everyone. I have been pretty busy the last few days and havnt been on too much. It appears that 1.2 does not really have any problems, or at least they are very minor.

I will not have as much time as I have had in the past so updates will not be as often... and because of my lack of time I planto rerelease 1.2 as unprotected so you all can break it down and construct your own roms... at least for the people that are familiar with it.

So check back for link within the next day or two.

I like this ROM. Switched from Juggalo 0.08B which was putting phone to coma couple of times a day. No problems so far here. Running it for 3 days now.

Again thanks for your work on this ROM, it's been running great. I've had very minor issues (mostly corrected using a .cab file and/or a setting change).

Question, will you at some point be cooking a Windows Mobile version 6.5 ROM?, Just curious, if so I would certainly be one of i'm sure many awaiting your rendition of 6.5

Same here, loading is a sec. or less. And also i have other themes running besides the stock TFLO3D. No lag or delay here , and i have at less 10 + contacts

Now I some of us have the problem with the favorites popping up dirt slow.
This is the only thing stopping this from being a perfect Rom for me. Is there a registry key or something to adjust this or the caching of this.

i actually liked the 1.1 version better, only problem i had with it was that the camera wouldn't work... it kept saying that the device couldn't locate the camera..

Your rom is off the chain, and this problem seems only to effect a handful of us. I know a couple of the other guys a page or 2 back also complained about this.

Just updating \

1/23/09 I have installed all my tweaks/customizations and applications. Since then I haven't had any problems . Its been 5 days with no soft reset with heavy use ! Thats unheard of for windows mobile. I have exactly the same amount of program memory since my last soft reset 5 days ago. Its still just as fast as when I first installed this rom .

Man great job on this !
