I still can't hard reset using the normal method. This started happening when I installed the 1.1 dream ROM. I've only had the dream roms on my phone since Juicy's initial release, until I tried the leaked 2.0 rom. My friend's TP has only had the Dream ROMs period, and his also will not hard reset.

I understand that you flash 20 times a day, but something from your 1.1 ROM has caused this issue. Any idea what it might be? Others besides myself had reported it as well.

Trust me, I KNOW how to do it. I've also hard reset successfully after every one of your ROMs and many others before yours, until I moved from the 1.1 ROM.
Do you use clear storage or what. I cant get mine to reset ever...

I did the lite one right now with the reg fix and now I’m at 62% wow that cool stuff, I will give the lite a try and see what do I miss, if everything work good I will stay with the lite one and Install what ever I need

Ive never had to do it this way before, but this definitely worked! Strange, as I've always just turned off the power and done the vol down + center + power, without the reset pin...however, this worked, so YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!

It was just more annoying than anything. Thanks again :D

Forgot to tell you what else i do is use your pool changer and bring it down to 12MB. I see no difference at all with this rom and i have 52MB FREE. Lots forget to use it cus when people make roms they are made for them sprint phones. But they are nice enough to include and unlock the pool so use it with the reg fix and you can finally lanuch touchflo3D without going NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO where did my ram go?

I have never heard of it working without the reset pin, weird... glad you got it to work

Dream I found the answer to question #1

- "Disable T9... On the slideout keyboard press FN then space bar and select abc."

- "Software keyboard press the ABC/T9 button"

Perhaps you may have a solution for Question # 2

You shouldn't backup messages with PIMBackup. Many people have reported that the SMS messages were resent and the recipients would receive the texts multiple times. Since then I never backup my message.

I saw someone post the other day to try this (and I did too on my wifes phone and it seemed to work) is: after you flash and are ready to restore the messages, go to start/settings/system/text messaging/ and change it from threaded to classic, then soft reset. Then restore the pim backup you made prior to flashing and change the setting back to threaded and soft reset. Try that next time. Hope that it helps.

Opera was installed via uc as a cab and is not a flash enabled version, so if you want a version that has flash enabled you will need to find it and intsall it yourself.

hey ream, does your dialer have "hold" on the screen when its in a call, and is able to swap up and down between calls? was wondering because on mighty 4.6, his slide2answer had that. just thought it was cool!

Hey Dream
the only reason it didn’t before is because it was the gsm dialer that was ported and everyone knew there was limited functionality. This one has the slide 2 answer (CDMA version) from the sprint leaked diamond rom, so everything should function as it is supposed to.

becuase it was around 1.75mb for that single file, and I am trying to cut the fat so it had to go. You can get it yourself and install it, conflipper has it posted somewhere in the tp upgrade section

No I dont think so, I didnt create the icons either... they can be found on xda, or you can use advanced config or something to remove those tabs

I saw another solution to eliminate the whole row of word which takes up space & kinda confuses things here :

that shiz will mess up your onscreen keyboard, it'll switch to numbers and you won't be able to get it back to letters. there's a reg fix to fix that but it doesn't last.

Dream, I'm trying to install a TF3D theme and my start menu is all white. Would that be because of the compressed TF3D files?

I've tried this theme with other roms and I've never had a problem

Its quite possible, I dont ever use anything but the stock tf3d theme, I can uncompress the images on the next release if thats the problem.

I don't think that you compressing the files is his problem. I am using juggalo's custom theme and it works just fine. I don't use his cab file either if that makes a difference. I just take all of the manila files out of his rom and copy them into the windows folder of Dreams rom.

Hey Dream, Again great work, I have used only your ROM's since day 1 and have been nothing but impressed and have brought a few friends on board to and they are impressed......

I have one issue that I just cant figure out, PICTURE MAIL!!!! how do I go about getting this to work? I have tried to get the .cab files and cant find them and cant seem to get it to dowload and that wont work......

could someone please help!!!!

TF3D HD

Has anyone tried to run TF3D HD on either the lite or full version of Dreams 1.2? If you check out the HTC Touch Pro forum you can see that progress has been made running the TF3D from the HD on the touch pro (lacks landscape though). It looks pretty slick and is supposed to be wicked fast. If anyone has had any luck or has even tried, please post your results. If not, you might want to give it a look. Keep up the good work you guys.

Windows Mobile used to have a bug that would turn the start menu all white if there were more than 10 items/files/links in the Start Menu folder. Check that.

just install the picture mail cab from the sprint web site.... try the ie home page and check for software updates....
