.xml setup files?
 

WTF is the deal with these and how the hell do i install them... im also having problems installing net compact framework 3.5... trying to install gyrator. i guess im just a retard or im just missing somthing...

try not ot open the cab files with winrar and just transfer them as cabs and run them in the device

If you have some .xml provisioning files, you can import them using advanced config or dotFred task manager
