Thanks. A further question. When I pull up the Tri-Band screen, it says at top

"Security Unlocked"

then the following:

RAPH800 SPL-0.37.0000
MicroP-Hermann (LED) v0C85
MicroP-Hermann (Key) v0C85
PSOC-Raph STAGE_EVT v20

Does that mean the phone is already unlocked? I want to flash a 3rd party ROM and am just wondering if I need to still unlock the phone or if it was somehow already done. Again, this is was supposed to be a new phone from Sprint, and apart from installing some apps I have done nothing else to it. Thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind. Reading through the threads I gather that this is the normal state and not unlocked for flashing. Thanks.

I'm new to this, trying to make sure I'm Following along.

Has anyone tested the leaked verizon rom? I only saw one comment on it, and that was something about a stuck screen. If noone can verify it works, I guess i'll have to go through and try to dump mine.

Also, if i dump my phone, then reinstall off the dump and lock it, would verizon be able to tell? That might be a stupid question.

anyone have another link for Chappys Sprint shipped .exe? using rapidshare is dreadfully slow.

I need stock so I can flash and go to the Sprint Store for warranty issue...anyone know of another one I can use that will go undetected?

someone better post the new one that released today up XD, my s/n during check device process to see if i have a legit touch pro, denied me, so if anyone else can try...

Reason I ask is cause I'm returning it. If it isn't can anyone tell me where to find it and how to relock the B****.

Just called HTC. This is for the GSM version only. OUr CDMA serial numbers wont work. He also said that sprint has to approved the update first. which could take some time.
