How to transform the dumped spl file to RUU nbh file?

my E30HT(Raph70000,KDDI_801) have an old version spl, without supercid.
I have dumped the spl file from another E30HT(Raph70000,KDDI_801),new version spl with cid unlocked. so what should i do to update my phone? anybody can help? pls!! and thanks. i dumped the spl use this commond: pmemdump 0x8c000000 0x80000 spl8c.nb and here is the dumped spl files. new is newer version. old one is dumped from my own phone. |
