thank you for your continued work. I'm just trying to limp along until my contract is up and I can make a free decision to keep sero of go to another carrier. Your hard work makes me feel like I can do this.

To sum it up, it is not working for mms so I removed it. Just to let you know how much I don't use this feature, I have just discovered that I can send a pic by opening album. I used to test it from the messages tab. Scrolling from there is really slow without the client, but it's much faster from album.

As far as I know, the carrier cabs can help with data issues. Maybe someone can shed more light to this. They may not be necessary but it wont hurt. If anyone have working carrier cabs please feel free to share.

Actually... I did a task 29 then flashed the 1.3 and had no problems with the htc messaging.. which I prefer over the standard... all I had to do was manually enter my mms server info then applied the small mms fix because im on alltel.

The only issue I did have, was the the : being a ; on the keyboard... was wondering if by chance thats something you can put the fix for in a cab or if that was actually something cooked.

The odd thing is... the 3.1.1 I'm having issues with when I tried to load the customizing would just hang forever and after about 30 minutes... I gave up and flash danced and tried it again.. with the same result.

So.. to sum it up.. I'm totally digging the new look and functionality.. but if I can fix the keyboard...which isin't super important, as I haven't found any other keys that aren't working properly... I might stay with the 3.1 for now...

Is this the album tab or the album link in multimedia? (I know it might sound like a dumb question but just to be sure?)

Really! I'm surprised that messaging is not giving you any problems! I was able to identify a problem where threaded conversations would work for the first few texts but then stop hmmn maybe I should have looked into a task 29 before giving up on it. As for the firstboot try removing the phone from the computer and touch the power button if the screen goes off. Try this cab for the keyboard issue. Let me know if it works.
