Hey Swinn, or anyone, do you know if there is anything special I need to do to get Titanium plugins to work? I have been trying to install TitaniumWeather and one other plugin but always get a big error bubble - too much jumbled text to try and state here. But as far as I know all I needed to do was install Mortscript first which I did. After I had issues I messed with the .cpr files in Windows but jussed messed things up, so it made me want to do a hard reset to start from scratch.

Anyway I really would like to play with the home screen a bit, but I want to make sure I do it right and don't have to resort to hard resetting any more which gets to be a pain continually reloading all my programs. Any advice would be much appreciated :^}

Hey krautdog. TitaniumWeather does work although there is a file you need to overwrite after installing it because the original plugin hasn't been updated in quite a while.

I've attached the ones I use that work perfectly fine. They can be a little temperamental if you don't install them the right way from my experience.

What I do is make sure that Titanium is turned off by unchecking "Windows Default" in the today settings. Then soft-reset. Then install the Showaco TitaniumWeather_v4.2.cab. After that's installed I connect my phone to my computer and extract the TitaniumWeather.mscr zipped file(attached below) to the "/program files/TitaniumWeather" directory on the phone overwriting the original file in the directory (you can also do this using Total Commander right from your phone). After that's done I install ATContacts v0.98.cab. Soft reset the phone and when it boots back up go ahead and re-enable Titanium and they should both be installed!

I've also attached the various icon packages that you can install to change the images in TitaniumWeather.

The best program I've found for changing the order of or removing panels in Titanium is Home Screen Customizer. You can download it for free from Marketplace and it's very simple to use.

Rogue man thank you very much for all of that. No idea it took that many steps, no wonder it didn't work!

Do I still need to install Mortscript? I haven't re-installed it since my hard reset. And are there any similar hoops I need to jump through for any of the other nice and useful plugins I have found for Titanium? Thank you very much!

Mortscript is usually installed with it. I made a cab for myself that installs GPS Radar along with it if you are interested in that.

Mortscript still needs to be installed I guess. Honestly I don't know what it is, but sometimes when I've installed it I haven't needed to install Mortscript, and other times I have. It's been kinda strange. But to just tap the weather panel and get it to update you'll probably need to install Mortscript as well.

Hey Swinn I wouldn't mind checkin that cab out if you don't mind. So it installs TitaniumWeather as well as gps for the radar in the app?

I'm attaching the cab. It installs TitaniumWeather with the beyond icon set (I don't like the default ones) and GPS Radar (integrated). Mortscript is also installed, so reboot after installing the cab so it is setup.

If you have TitaniumWeather and/or GPS Radar already installed, I would uninstall both first before installing this.

Anyone know if there is a way to lock the screen with the built in WM6.5 locker by pressing the top power button to turn the screen off? So it automatically locks instead of having to go to Start > Lock...

I use a program called DeviceLock and assign it to the left softkey in titanium. You can use keyboard config and assign it to the power button.
