WOW! I appreciate the response. (The bad news... Sorry) It doesn't create the selector mechanism which allows the alternates to be chosen. I "think" while looking for the recognizer I saw a reg entry set to make a different default input. Should I look that up again or do you also already know the selector information?

Update:
The selector in "Settings\Personal\Input" now has entries - just the 'caret' beside the icon for on-the-fly changing is missing.

The following is permanent change to the default input method (holds through soft reset) and does NOT allow selection by the user. (This is a registry edit and should be used at your own risk! It worked for me after an initial soft reset to read the new values.) For edit purposes, notice that it is only a 2 number 'change'.

Using a registry editor change "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip" value "DefaultIM" to (choose one):

Default Keybrd{42429667-ae04-11d0-a4f8-00aa00a749b9}
Letter Recognizer {42429690-ae04-11d0-a4f8-00aa00a749b9}
Block Recognizer {42429691-ae04-11d0-a4f8-00aa00a749b9}.

To change the keyboard "on the go", click and hold the keyboard icon and in a few seconds it will show the menu.

Great Rom, the best i have tried because it's fast and stable, when will you be updgrading your roms? Do they need to be updated? Thanks.

Nothing has really changed to require updating - which is a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it, heh.

Because your rom to me is the most stable and fast rom i have tried, is there a Manila 2.1 cab that will run on your rom? Thanks.

Hi - I have tried using all three roms you have available. After the update utility gets to 1%, I get the following error: ERROR [224]: INVALID MODEL ID.

System Specific Information follows:
HTC Touch Pro.
Carrier: Sprint
Current WM version 6.1 Pro
Build: 21054.1.6.7

I have also successfully run the ulock utility linked from your post. Any thoughts?

Hey, thanks for these roms. I just fixed a old vzw Touch Pro...and I wanted a 6.5.3 rom....now that PPCkitchen is done...
