Um. . . oh no. It pains me to discover perhaps SMS isn't working for me. I'm on the 0409 6.5.5 Sprint. No one seems to be getting my text messages. Short of reflashing, is there anything I could check?

I can't duplicate it here at all. Never had an issue with sms personally and no one has ever reported it either. Not sure what to tell you.

Yeah I've never had an issue with SMS either on any versions of this rom. You might try a hard reset or even re-download and flash again.

Guys, I've put my Arcsoft MMS cab on post #2. It defaults to Sprint but has the other carriers configured too. Since I'm Sprint, it has only been tested for that. I'll update it when new versions become available.

Oh cool, thanks. I've always used Sprint Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79 since it's always just worked. Any idea what the difference between the versions may be?

I'm not really sure. Like everything else for our phones, there is no changelog that I've seen. I used 5.0.82.79 a while back and it did work good. I upgraded a few times to versions that worked well to those that didn't work so well. I have no complaints about this one at all.

Hey swinn, I went to download and flash the new 6.5 Generic rom again and when I was extracting it it said "CRC failed in RUU_signed.nbh. The file is corrupt" Re-downloaded it and got the same error.

Thanks for the heads up. I downloaded it and confirmed it. I'm re-uploading it now. Weird that the other 8 people didn't say anything... :)
