See my previous post-->
"SSK by far is the best kitchen for us Verizon users.... That said, the manila files were not CFC compressed... I have compressed them and for me the best experience I have is using the 21054 sys files and using the standard black HTC manila. It smokes and maintains about 75-77% mem usage. Prior to CFC'ing it would creep to 85-87%.

Also I recommend disabling the Opera builds and loading one of NFSFAN's custom Opera builds (v10 beta 3 is amazing). "

use the kitchen and create one -- it is the best way to get a rom that has exactly what you want in it from the start...

I forgot if it's in the root of the device or in the my documents folder but there is am SSK folder. In the SSK folder there is a cab file called PPST2.01. Install that cab. Then go into the windows folder and font te file called PPST. Run it and let the system reset. You should be good to go from there. Let me know if you need anything else, or if it doesn't work.

Try 7-Zip and see if you get the same results. Let me know what happens.

I tried 7-Zip and WinRAR to unzip the files, but when I open the SSK 3.0 Touch pro.exe file it shows a permission error. I have all user permissions enabled. Never had this issue before..

Which exact kitchen is it? There are 3 different 3.0 kitchens.

So these refer to the Pre-Built ROMs that were put out. Manila Free means that the only UIs are the old today screen and Titanium. Rhodium refers to the ported TF3D 2.1 that came from the Touch Pro 2, it has all three.
