First off is anyone else having this issue?
If so it may just be a broken package or something on the new build.
If so ahushkins will fix it.

You can try installing SDKCerts and see if that fixes it.
Not knowing everything that is being cooked into his new build I can't really say.

I had a fresh Touch Pro from Sprint, unlocked using cmonex raphael_cdma_hspl_037, it showed the update completed successfully and the version reflected correctly on the phone and shows security unlocked. I then flashed the most recent skirom dusk build. The rom flashes fine, customizes, and works. If I power off or reset however, it freezes at boot screen, and I cannot reset, power off, etc. I have to take the battery out, hard reset to get back into phone.

any ideas what is going on?!?!?!

THANKS!!!

You still stuck?
Could be a bad download but doesnt seem likely as you probably wouldn't get so far along before noticing issues.
Could be some corrupt files on your SD. Take it out and reset, see if the problem continues. If that seems to work then I'd reformat the card.

Running the new standard (Looks sweet chef!) although I can't get the manilla settings to come up...i am hitting bottom right (Next to the menu button)...All the other hidden keys (battery, clock, etc...)seem to be working. Any thoughts?

Do you mean the Max Manila mod settings? On Max2.7 we now access the options with Up/Down scrolling, no more side-to-side scrolling.
The Settings are "above" the clock on the home page (Scroll Down) and the Fav tabs are "below" (Scroll Up)
Hope that helps.
