Try just flashing Ski and if you have strange issues then flash to stock and then back.
You will probably be fine just flashing Ski.
I use to always flash to stock but lately I do not unless I have issues that need it.

Now its stuck in the tri color screen .

Plug the device into the USB port and see if it says USB on the bottom of the screen.
If so then just run the flash from PC.

Device is unlocked correct?
I have not read the last few pages. :)

This is fixable. It's not the ROM.
If you are at the bootloader-Tri-Color screen you should be able to hook up the USB and flash like root said.
That or flash via the SD like I talked about earlier. If you try that you'll have to put it into bootloader once the file is on the card, eventhough it's on the tricolor screen.

When you get it to flash go to Stock then come back to SKI.

All the ROMs rock, it's personal preference.

I'd spend a day or three with one before jumping to another.

Something is whipping out the Rom . I soft reset the thing 4 times and it worked . Then it froze and wouldnt boot back up . Gonna try another oneto see if that fixes the problem . I cant flash back to my stock Rom because I dont know which sprint ROM I had . When sprint had a HTC had a Rom update i jumped on it .
