Either DK, Ahuskins or Root,

Have any of you see, try look or play with Cookie Monster @ XDA??? Originally done HD devices. Registry fixes are provided for some issues. What do either of you think???

Works great! :)
Running root's SC (Short Cut) ROM with that Homescreen mod cooked in.
It wont work with MaxManila as far as I've read so I dont *think* you can add it to SKI ROM since Max is cooked in.

Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM Build 012510 CE OS 5.2.23518 M2.5/M2.1 - Sashimi Compliant

That is correct.
Max I think overwrites the same home Manila file used to make the mod work.
Have not compared mods but pretty sure that is correct because both mods include home tab shortcut features.
Home.mode9 will get replaced by changing the mods.
Like "DK" said... It won't work with Max. :)

First how did you extract? I"ve used winrar before but ahuskins suggests 7zip as that's how he packs the files.
Have you flashed before?
I assume your phone is properly unlocked?

If so you have two options:

You can run the included Custom_RUU or flash from the SD card.

RUU
I dont use this method anymore but it's easy.
Establish an ActiveSync connection and run the RUU. Should be automated from there.

SD card

I like this method, just seems simpler to me.
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=61333

That's the flash from SD thread, very quick, very easy.
Take the unzipped nbh file and place it on the root of your SD card. Rename it to:

raphimg.nbh

and then put the phone into bootloader (it's covered in the thread)
Follow the prompts.

Good luck.

Which ROM are you trying?
It should be easy.
Find the 7z file you downloaded and open it with 7-Zip File Manager.

All the components should be there.
