So you dont have a Settings Icon under Start? Pretty sure root cooked in the reg edit needed to bring that back but just in case check this:

When it's there you just need Start/Settings/Home>Items (I assume you know this part-just trying to be uber-clear :) )

You can use Total Commander to edit the registry
Click on \\Plugins>registry then navigate from there.
