Here is what I am gonna do tonight. Cooking right now.
Attempting to make a DarkSlimRoot 2012 with 23518 beta test run.
Not sure if the errors I got last night were in Sense or the NEW wm build.
Needs more testing and work.

I have removed almost all apps but I am getting ready to upload all of the apps to my files page for you all.
I won't get a chance to test it so be gentle on me if you do and it doesn't work right. LOL

Wanted to give you guys something tonight and with my kids here I won't get a lot of time.
If nothing else all the apps will be up for you to get.

homeroot observations...

While it doesn't have the eye-candy that most people are used to, I like it for its simplicity, bare-bones (plenty of room to add stuff) and like all the ROMS you've created, this works OTB. It works perfectly with SPB...switches back and forth from either UI just fine. Gonna keep running this for now until my SPB trial period expires or i get the urge to flash.

EDIT: but then again i just saw your post about going dark on the slimRoot. I guess I'll be flashin later! LOL

Root,

The only issue that I have with Home is that when u install new SPB and want to change the background, when you scroll to look for a new background, the scrollers is messed up (like the corvette taking hard turns, it slides leaving al those fine lines). Besides that everything works without a problem. This doesn't happen with 3.5.2 when you are changing the background.:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

Hmmm I have not installed SPB over Home but I will try it and see what I can figure out.
Maybe something to do with the fact I gutted a LOT of stuff out of this rom to make it simple and fast. :)
Still a little power house though.

Oh, did anyone mention that the SYM key enters a "é"? Although that worked out well for me because it was the symbol I was looking for.

What is the MusicID app installed on your ROM? I just switched from a TP to a TP2 and before my TP died on me, I was running your ROM and loving it. There was a MusicID app that came cooked into the ROM but it was a much more update version from the MusicID that I find everywhere else. The one I had on your ROM let you hum the song and it recognized it, it also let stop the recognition at any point but recommended you do it longer than 10 seconds. Anyone have the cab for that one?

it is called midomi music id... i found it in about 14 seconds using google. Here it is below...

MusicID is posted on my files page.
Not sure it is the current one but try it.
I probably have another version or two around here somewhere. LOL

aaahhhh Thanks! I tried searching google and this forum but I kept getting the Shazam MusicID when searching "musicid" and "music id". It was the Midomi part I was missing. Thanks again!
