Rootlinux, I've tested out the sense 2.1 with earlier build of 6.5 (21889) and I must say it's pretty good. I think you need to include a pic of this on your first page so that people know that option is there too.

You mean SlimRoot?
That is a very good rom IMO. :)

Thanks for the comments as well.
I will try to get on updating all Screen Shots.
If anyone wants to post a FRESH screen shot of their rom version that would be great and a big help. :)
I can copy them to my server and load them from there.
Would take me hours to load up all these roms to take new screen shots. LOL

ok i know this is a no/no but i have to ask, SKI rom or ROOT Rom?? since both are collaborating i dont think there will be much actual difference in function but in asthetics.

so since everyone here seems to have used both can u give me a run down of each ( comparison) and if i offend rootlinux im sorry and will delete this post immediatly.

No offence but I would say flash them all and see which one works best for you.
;)

Ski is a great rom and ahushkins is a great chef.

SCREENSHOTS OF MAXROOT 02/02/2010 23518:

There are many more, but these should give you the gist of the look of the ROM. Landscape support is awesome! Great job, ROOT!

I have tried SKI's ROM and by far I think RootRom is more stable. And no I did not just flash ski rom for one day, I used it for about 3 days.

Been using SKI's for a couple of weeks now. VERY stable. I went over because Root's had issues with the ringer shutting off and missing phone calls. I came back well, because I can't leave well enough alone. :evil4:

Crossing my fingers that it doesn't come up again.

Anyway I, like many others, have had the weather not updating problem. On pretty much every rom, unless you initiated a data connection elsewhere. I believe I found a very simple fix/workaround for this.

Go to the Weather tab. Tap menu. Tap Settings.
There should already be a check mark in the "Download Data Automatically" box.
REMOVE the check!
Then check it again! It will ask you to verify the possible data charges. OK.
I set for every 15 minutes, and then checked the roaming box too. Again, verify the possible roaming data charges.

When I did this, it started a data connection, ON ITS' OWN, and updated in seconds! Will keep an eye on it and see if it keeps it up.

Just a little FYI.

Thanks Root, and SKI too. At least now when I bounce around, it's just between these two. =D>

On the MAX SilverRootCombo 0202 now, with Max enabled, but Pewter not installed.

Just flashed the updated RootRom21-02062010, Opera Mobile 10 Beta is not working correctly! I noticed that the buttons are missing and just have the Menu and Back button on the bottom. When I hit the Menu button twice is closes Opera and brings me back to my homescreen? It doesnt open up more options!!

Run Opera from the icon and it works correctly.
It isn't really a bug in the rom.
Opera 10 just doesn't work as it should from the tab.
Still looking into fixes for 2.1

I've seen this issue when I've run a bookmark without first launching Opera from the Tab like root said and accepting the Licensing Agreement. So now, post flash, I always just launch Opera, accept the agreement, and I'm golden.
