Just tested the first SlimRoot build and it is VERY fast.
First boot mem was 37% with Sense 2.1 loaded.
Trying to get it down a little more but.... LOL
It is sexy and looks just like RootRom21 but slimmed dowm.

No real need. I fully encourage the chef to decide what looks best and works best with his ROMs. I really just wanted to make sure my customizations weren't incomplete. :)

Try flashing another of my roms and see if it works.
Not sure what to tell you about it.
Many users on these roms and it seems to work fine.
I test every rom before upload. ( 99% of the time ) LOL

Let me know if another one of mine works for you or hangs.

I have removed BaseRoot from the lineup and replaced it with SlimRoot.
DL page will say Uploading until it is complete.
Very fast rom.

Test it and let me know what you think.

I am now back on the 2.1 roms since the alignment fix is done WOO HOO.
Two questions, can we get rid or have a cab to disable it?

My numskull remove curtain cab is not removing the curtain behind the slider, any help with this is appreciated?

Also does any of the pagepool changers work in the slim version you have loading up?

Also this is not a rom specific question why isn't there a dialer that is not broken in the landscape mode, just curious?

Disable what exactly?

2.1 remove curtain should work.

PagePool changers do work on my roms.

The standard wm dialer should work fine in landscape.
I used Rhodium dialer on SlimRoot because I also enabled the black Rhodium volume control. :) Also the reason I used wm 6.5 instead of 6.5.3

It is fast and looks very polished and clean.

The color bubble text mod included in this rom, is it a way to disable it if I choose to.

And btw compliments to the chef if i did mention it before that this rom is very good my new fav.

And I did here the rhodium dialer is the best way to go , low on resources.

I left out the bubble messaging on this rom in favor of speed and memory. ;)

Also I just checked the dialer in landscape.
The way I have the menu bar setup with the dialer causes the dialer to work perfect in landscape as well. ;)
The end key on the dialer does go partially off the screen but I have send and end keys on the menu bar.
It works great.

This rom should be perfect for you. :)
