Root - very nice looking roms! I'm getting tired of trying to cook my own roms and want to give one of these a try, but which one would you suggest on my ram challenged vzw tp? I really like the look of the darkroot roms and dusk pewter, but would like the newer builds of 6.5.x (23518, etc.) AND Sense 2.1.

As is, I've tried over and over to cook my own with limited apps, etc. but I quickly run out of memory and can't browse with Opera for more than a few minutes.

Thanks again for your hard work on these roms.

As for your second question, the sms-bubble is cooked in but you should be able to to install a different text app like SMS-Chat. I have SMS-Chat linked to left soft key on the home menu for easy access.

Try my newer 2.1 DarkRoot.
It is Dusk theme and 21889
If you need to change the pagepool it is easy.
I think I set it at 6 but can't remember as I change it in testing sometimes. :/

I will release a trimmed down version for VZW users soon.
Remove Titanium
Trim down apps

Hope that will help.
Working on another 2.1 rom right now so as soon as I get it where I want it I will work on trimmed down base dusk rom.

Thanks Root. Looking at your download section this is the only one I see that says start menu on bottom - ( NEW ) RootRom21_0123_21889 Sense 2.1 - Weather on home tab, BG4All. FULL landscape, Office 2010 and calendar with Day, month and agenda view. 32 Shortcuts on Programs tab. Start Menu on Bottom. Google Voice apps and Skyfire Multimedia Web Browser.

Is this the newer build with dusk theme you're talking about?

Typo on my part. Sorry
When I updated the rom I forgot to change the info.
I will try to get a NEW 23518 2.1 rom done soon.
Have so many roms going and I thought I had a 2.1 with Start Menu on bottom.
Will get one up.

All roms marked Dark are the Dusk themed roms.

i was sooooo wondering that myself! i saw the same sys one said top other said bottom, i was like how the h3ll?!? thanks for clarifying, i'd be interested in Dusk 2.1 with start on bottom.
