4g and picture mail
 

I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem i am. I found that when i receive a picture mail from either another sprint phone or other while running 3g i get the pictures without problem. where i have the problem is when i am on 4g and someone sends me a picture i get a message to download but it does not come thru. The minute i disable 4g and click to download i get the pic. Sprint doesn't know what is going on and tell me to take it to a sprint store for exchange. Is this possible a phone issue or 4g issue ?

I've heard not all features work on 4g. This may be one of them.

i dunno about pictures but i can make phone calls and surf the web with 4g...

Well i am under my 30 days ,so i am going to return and get a new epic from the shack. Since sprint could not give me a straight answer i will just get a new phone . This may be a 4g issue at the moment but at least i will get a new phone .

so i returned yesterday and got a phone with a bad screen, too much red . But i did try the picture mail before i took back with same results. 3g pics fine ,but with 4g not able to download. They gave me another phone again and same results. So from what i can see there is a issue with 4g and picture mail at the moment. Hope they fix this..

WiFi has the same issue. Must switch to 3G to get attachments.
