I ran the RUU_Hero_C_Sprint_2.20.651.1_signed_test.exe and it worked fine for me. I need to go back to the older ROM and was unable to. So I brought it back to Sprint for a new one. The only fix I could find at the time was to microwave it a couple times. I got a new phone and Sprint was scratching there head wondering how the batter could fry the phone! LOL

How do you install one of the ROMs if you have not rooted your phone yet? I am used to the WinMo custom ROM world where it was pretty straightforward. Thanks.
