What method did you use to clear your cache? And did you have to wipe? What Rom did you flash from?

I just did the factory wipe then flashed the latest DamageROM I had, Came from a nandroid backup that I had before flashing any ROM's. The bluetooth issues with the Uconnect of my car is working, recieved a call and it came through the bluetooth system, and listening to music now without the bluetooth dropping which would cause silence on phone until you turned off the headset then it would play through the phone.

Well having the bluetooth issue still while playing any media on the phone, audio drops out as the file or stream is still playing. Turn off the bluetooth headset and the sound comes out on the phone. Have to reset the phone to get bluetooth to be able to connect again.

I love the ROM, smooth, fast, and very stable. But, I'm having a problem with battery life. The battery will die VERY quickly when the phone is in sleep mode, but when the phone is awake it lasts very well. The phone also charges faster when it is awake.

What does your awake time say? Look at what it says, put it to sleep for a few minutes, and go back and see what it says.

After flashing this, I am getting com.android.phone has stopped and htc sense process com.htc.launcher constant force close. Phone has no service and cannot be used.

This just isn't my day. reflashed and seems to be working properly. Sheez this thing is making me feel ignorant

anyone got the spare parts screen animations to run on this? i know its a memory hog but i cant get it to work

I had the same problem. For me the solution was to Wipe the drive, then update from the ZIP, did you by change go straight to the update?

I did go straight to update because my phone had very very recently (like within the half hour) already been hard reset. But I guess the wipe is in the instructions for a reason. lol ](*,)

can some one tell me were 2.0b is ?
I installed the one on the first thread ( i think 1.0? ) expresso version ..all seems to work great however my contacts ( photos ) are not syncing with facebook ..i searched the thread and someone said it was working on 2.0b and i cant seem to find that version...

So after flashing this rom and using youmail I keep getting these weird messages even after wiping and resetting and unnistalling youmail

I'm guessing this is something from youmail app. anyone else have this issue and figure out how to fix it? I'd like to use youmail but more importantly i'd like those messages to stop.

Also my speed dial vmail is now set for *86 which apparently is a virgin mobile number. *edit: i fixed this in settings*

any suggestions/solutions

I think someone was referring to Fresh 2.0b, not DamageControl.

Warning! He doesn't recommend using the new beta if you want something completely stable... he is still actively working out bugs, hence the 4th version since the stable release, 3 of which were released just today.

I just made the switch over from windows and I am absoultly loving this rom....two quick questions:

1: How do I flash the MMS update? When I open it in astroid manager their is nothing to run.
2: Where is the WIFI tether program?

Loving Android more and more.

To run wifi tether, you have to be rooted? is this the case?
Also, i'm not sure what mms update you are referring to.

I assume that the phone is rooted....I loaded in damagecontrol rom....When I use wifi tether it opens up and allows my computer to connect to the phone though my computers can not get on the internet.

The mms update I am refering to is on the front page named update.zip.

ohhhh. To flash the update.zip for that fix, just flash it like you would a rom. It will leave everything intact in the rom, but change the one or two system files necessary for the mms settings. For the wifi tether, i don't have a link right now, but if you google android wifi tether a google code page will come up. Download the latest HTC apk and install it just like any other app and see if it works. If all else fails, turn your phone off and back on again and see if that does the trick.
