ok now i cannot find estrongs file mananger or wifitether? do i have to do something to make them visible. and i know i flashed 2.0b

Is that the same as es filemanager? that was the first thing i got from the market..dont know bout wifitether.. I could never get it to work half the time..anyway.. fresh included a wired tether option when u plug in usb to your pc though...

yea but if you look at his first post, one of the main changes was so that es file manager would be included, and it lists wifitether to be installed too, but i dont see it? does anyone else see it? i guess ill just install estrongs from app market

oh sorry i got confused. neither one was installed on ine either.. i just installed wifitether from here http://code.google.com/p/android-wif...7.apk&can=2&q= and still can get it to work.. at first my win 7 laptop connected to it.. but not net connection... bout to give up on it..

So far, I'm amazed as to how clean it's running. Quick + the many changes from 1.5 to 2.1
No issues thus far... will report back with updates. Great job as always flipz + those that help make this happen.

yea i manually installed it too, but it doesnt work, it looks it has a problem with superuser perm, i dont know what it could be though. this rom is great, but because of a few little problems, i may have to revert back to 1.5

lol with wifitether installed for some reason the market app wouldnt open.. deleted tether,, market works.. who knows... I just installed easy tether lite.. for those times when my dsl is out..

everything else so far is perfect..

I just tried to flash 2.0b, but it keeps getting aborted, saying package failed data. I did a wipe first, and i am coming from fresh 1.1 ROM...i have downloaded it twice now, thought it might be a bad download, but it doesn't seem to be...anyone have any advice?

i guess my problem was that after i flashed i was getting errors, so if you reset after that if gets rid of estrongs, wifitether and any the livewallpapers. cause they were in there as data, and it clears the data. im not worried about it, i can live without wifitether until its fixed properly cause it dont work that well anyways right now. but i really need calorie counter, does anyone have and install file for it?
