I really like the work done here, great job to everyone involved. One question... how do i get the shortcuts at the bottom of the main screen to work? When I add the first app, there is no problem, second app, no problem, third app no problem but when i try to remove one to replace it with another the only one it will let me remove is the third app shortcut i added, and I'm trying to remove the first two I added. Thanks much!

ok... i flashed my phone... and when the first screen comes up. its just the background.

then i noticed there is a window there that i cant see... but it flashes when i switch from portrait to landscape and vice versa. but it just flashes like the window is too big for the screen and it hides. i reflashed twice and wiped data. and that window thats giving the option of english is stuck there. and i can't get out. please help. phone not working right now.

I wish they'd overclock this rom to 1.2ghz. It would run so much quicker. My laptop is at tiger direct. I'm awaiting my replacement laptop to get here so i havent flashed the RC yet but im excited but i've been reading xda and notice people having issues. Hoping they'll get fixed before i dl the rom. I'm running the themed 3.6.1 Express. I love this rom but not the constant reloading of HTC Sense. The was reduced when i dl'd a ram app which gives it more memory for this big rom to work more smoothly.

I'm installing the most current update. I cannot wait to see the ICS sense them of yours (Outer) you did. In my head im picturing the newest evo 4g lte's screen but who knows until i see it. You guys are doing awesome work with this rom.
