I just posted it that is all

I flashed over previous stock deodexed Rom with no problems so far. Did not wipe or backup. Had those already if needed.
I tried to flash the flipclock but it came out weird. And my the music widget had to be added again. Other than that have to play around to see.

It was mikefroyo animated flip clock. Will flash clean and restore see if that works.

I have the mikfroyo rom so my question is, can i install this update if yes wich one goes with that rom?

Sorry my post wasn't clear. I flashed the animated clock from that mikefroyo Rom. He posted (the clock) separate so we could flash it separate. If you are on mikefroyo Rom wait for his update. This is just the bare stock updated rooted Rom. With superuser, and busybox built in.

And I was baked.

probably a dumb question...but do i have to root for this? or can i just flash it over my stock Evo?

Must have root for this Rom. Don't be scard unrevoked is easy. Do a bunch of reading. Used a few YouTube videos to learn and a lot of reading. I assure you its not as hard as you have built it up in your head.
