Got this last night on 4.1.7. Not as good as gmaine, but best I have hit so far.

That doesn't really tell me anything other than what cfs and bfs stand for. What would be the functional difference between the two? What advantages does one have over the other and vice versa?

please i need to know how to install this kernel i down loaded 4.1.7 toastmod fresh compatible and im fully rooted with fresh 3.1.0.1 and kernel 2.6.32.15 and baseband 1.36.00.04.02...please help

Just move the file to your rood sd card then go to recovery and flash it like a room just the difference that you dont need wipe unless that you start to get slagy screen or phone reboots by itselve then wipe cache and dalvik then flash the kernek againd
