Hi Chris,

I have the previous version from 11/7. When I try to upgrade (wipe cache and dalvik, but not user data, I get the following error:

E:Failure at Line 3 copy-dir PACKAGE : data DATA: Installation aborted.

Can this Rom be updated or do I need a full wipe? Full disclosure I use Apps2SD could this be the culprit?

Thanks - love the Rom.

EDIT: I removed Apps2SD and the could flash as an upgrade... Ultimately I do not require Apps2SD so will leave it removed.

I have asked this several times without a response.. I will ask again and hope to get a response...


I am NOT on the 3.30 version.. Im on a version of this rom from October.. Can I use the UPGRADE package that doesnt erase anything to upgrade to the latest rom? I dont want to wipe my phone as it is working 100% fine and set up the way I want...

Just got my EVO rooted this weekend and am dying to try your ROM.

If it is half as good as your Touch Pro 2 ROM's, this is going to be a good day!

I am fairly new to this but I would try going through the erase options in the recovery and then reflash to the new ROM.

If someone can answer these questions (Note that I did a recovery and put this new 3.3 ROM over the old October Rom I had installed so I wouldn't loose my settings etc):

1. Why does this new rom take up so much space? I am down to around 15% from the 20+% I had before this rom was installed. What can be removed to resolve this?

2. Why does the phone SIT at the 4G logo when I reboot or turn the phone on (boot from totally off). Used to be nice and fast booting up.

3. Why does the feel of the phone seem SLOWER with the latest rom??

4. How do I Keep STOCKS and FLICKR from running all the time? I dont use them. I put them in autostarts to NOT run but they still do. I also notice a few other programs start on their own, which didnt before (FM RADIO Being one).
