HELP! I tried this and Im stuck in a boot loop. Advice anyone?

So... omj are you planning on making update rom with the latest kernel 4.03a and this prl ??? Ill tell you im kinda scared to do this prl update !!

Yup, same deal here Bro.
Pull your battery.
Reboot into Recovery.
Follow these directions from XDA from rjmrj69:
New directions



1. BACK UP YOUR PHONE USING WHATEVER METHOD NANDOID ETC
2. Get your MSL code either thru Sprint or using CDMA
3. ##786# wipe your phone
4. Reboot phone
5. Repeat steps 3-4 if it does not work the first 15 times!!!

This tested and proven on TWO phones in my possession and by a few others here already posted

Thread was just shut down... MODERATOR is considering it a HOAX... I was reading page 48 of the thread, left page for a moment came back and it's down to page 45 and warning that Thread is being taken down due to HOAX, unclear Steps, and <25% success rate...

If it's true, I'm sure a better FLASHABLE solution will be coming out.. OMJ did mention a page or 2 back that he finally got it to work and noticed a difference.. But if you read the threads, it was a MESS... too many instructions, then it was down to just backing up (nand) and doing the ##786# or ##3282#..

OMJ and IKNO explaind already how to doit with out flash something, a few post before you will be fouinding IKNO post thats all we need to do

Got it, Go it, Go it, hahaha thanks Ken and Ikno, finally got my PRI 1.40 back now just to restore my Nandback up what a nice day custome kernel and PRI, now i going back to celebrate with my Presidente Beer LOL

GOT IT!!!!

Took me about 5 or 6 tries but OMJ's steps finally got it for me. I came at it from "stock" deodexed ROM, no theme.

I left the xda instructions up in my other post as another option as it's reported to work too.

It may just be multiple attempts are needed.
