PPCGeeks - [FINAL] OMJ's HTC EVO 2.2 Custom ROM v4.6 | FroYo 3.70.651.1

Ok I am obivously retarded. I have the latest CLockwork and I can't install 4.4 either. Just aborts every time. Where do I find Calk Format All and amon RA? I tried searching and just find more threads where people say to use them. Grrr.... Shoot me now and save the world.

Don't feel like the lone ranger, I've never had any issues flashing roms til 4.4. It must be something in the rom itself

Whenever I reboot, 4G is turned back on. Is there somewhere to disable that? I turn it off, reboot, and bam, it's back on at startup.

I'm guessing you turned the 4G on and then off from the notification power controls and then rebooted, correct? If so, then it has something to do with the code in JsChiSurf's mod when he implimented 4G for us. If you go into your regular settings and turn off 4g it will stay off after a reboot. This is one of just a couple bugs with JsChiSurf's mod but all in all that mod is damn nice! :) ... I haven't kept up with his thread for a couple weeks so I don't know if he is aware of it and trying to fix it or not but if he is and does I'm sure either amikam or OMJ will work it into the base in an update :)

ie...recoveries....I've been using the recovery from Toasts original root, and have never had any issues.

Wow, so I took a look at that file and noticed it was an updater-script or "edify" (or what ever the heck you call it) so... did you make it? Have you learned how to make flashable zips now? :)

Other question... with those different framework and services.jar files ... are they still tweaked from Amikam or bone stock? In other words, will they undo amikam's tweaks?

Anyone having issues loging into facebook app? Facebook for android isnt recognizing my username and pw. I can go to the inet and login fine but the app doesnt work??
