Question... I was also messing with Quadrant but mainly OC widget. In Quadrant it shows max 1267 but when I set it on OC my phone freezes up and then reboots and power cycles. Anyone know why this would happen. Im safe anything under 1267. Tried several kernels same issue so far my Q score is around 1500's :)

Despite what the kernel may allow every device has it's own limit.
I assume you meant Set CPU, not Quadrant?
I'd say your doing very well if you can set it to OC to 1267 or close to that.
Some devices will never go that high, some may go higher.
Be happy with 1500's and enjoy your device :)

Why this ROM is not updated in ROM Manager? Is there any particular reason? It will be nice to have single location to update and upgrade.

& how do I check my NV and Wimax version?

I was having the same problem when I tried to flash the sapphire theme last night. Thankfully i had a nandroid back up. Anyway, I went and renamed it to update.zip. I wipe the dalvik cache, and then applied the update.zip in recovery, and it booted up fine. Hopefully that helps.

Anyway, Im having an issue with wireless tether pre9. Mind you I have pdanet on my evo also. I turn on the tether, but windows vista says "cannot connect to android tether" and it cant diagnose the problem. Need help...
