that is one thing i noticed on when playing with this rom. at this point i dont know if its something i installed causing it, but i havent touch the taskbar. when u do hit the top row of icons it seems to overtake the whole screen with a black background instead of just show the notification icons. dunno if it did that from the beginning or not.

thanks for figuring it out. will try a couple tbars as well to see if I can find a winner! might just try tsowen 6.5 and see what comes of it. plus there's this one that was posted: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=636

I haven't had this happen to me. When I click on the taskbar I get the notifications like its suppose to. Something you installed might of mess it up, don't know for sure though.

That taskbar looks like it just might work do to the sys compatibility.

can back this man up that his roms are sick for the diamond and expect these to be the same... glad to see you back in the game mystery.

Mystery ... nice work, man ... especially like your attention to detail. I was testing OMJ's version earlier today, and this seems to be a solid build.

its a bit early to tell. i know we always use maxx battery polling cab & lumos to help manage backlight drain. also updated to a newer radio. so we are doing what we can to make the most of it. i doubt it'll be an issue.

the first one, tsowens looked good but messed up the 6.5.3 buttons, the second one which came from the posted link worked, just the signal icon didnt change, pic attached. oh well, just gonna have to snoop around a little.
