active sync is funny for me.. when i flash my phone i need to reboot before it detects the phone again.

tried that aswell i also tried unchecking fast data sync even deleted the partnership and still wont sync

I flashed stock HTC then this rom and have had no activesync issues at all. I did a full sync (few hundred contacts, calendar, email) and everything worked well.


Being using this rom all night and so far very happy, you're right OMJ... sense is very nice.

Good advice from mwalt2. It appears more daunting than it really is ... you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. Just wade on in, make a few mistakes ... lots of help around here.

Ok i gave up i am hating this phone more and more everyday. I flashed to another rom and contacts syncd immediatly.

sorry to hear about your issues. I think I remember reading about your data issues, Have you tried flashing back to stock sprint rom & running update profile?

also, now that u have a your contacts back, back them up using PIM backup, then reflash & use PIM to restore. PIM is included in my rom.

I know HTC Sense may not be for everyone, but I find sooo many cool features, I dont care about the battery life.....though I have not had the opportunity to run a full day w/o flashing to test the battery, lol.

Sorry guys if it's a stupid question, but will this work with Diamond GSM Roms?
Yes, I've seen that this is a cdma topic, but who knows, maybe I've luck :E

EDIT: OK I've got it. After downloading the file I realized that this is a ROM... :( I thought that it's just the manila 2.5...
So I know that this can't be used with GSM...sad-sad-sad
