I think it MAY be because the default alarm tone (I believe it's called "lights") doesn't actually exist anywhere. I personally just changed it to something else and it's been working fine. I had the same problem with the 23504 and 28002 versions.

FYI I am a major newb when it comes to this stuff, so I could be completely wrong *shrugs* but that fix seemed to work for me.

Awesome ROM OMJ! Gonna go from 28002 to 28005 tonight.

Okay so I loaded OMJ_Diamond_SENSE_1921.28005.v1.2 and so far OMJ you are the hero MMS is working perfect finally SMS working great,,, so far awesome I really like the 28005 interface now that your getting the bugs out... still finding the same problem with contacts/groups if you try to add a new group it will let you name it but when you go to add people no names are showing in the list... I am so looking forward to the s2unlock feature but not brave enough to try it without a cab.. so Thanx OMJ

Hopefully i'm not mixing up roms here but when I was on 28002 before switching to 28005, I remember the alarm having a slider to "snooze" or "dismiss" when the phone was locked.

i don't see that in 28005 anymore. can someone please let me know if there is a setting I have to enable or if a cab needs to be installed. thanks.

Using the 21882 ROM.
I have no sound notifications when receiving SMS.
Text message in-box is also empty.

this may be the issue, it was the default on 21882 too...I searched for "lights" in my kitchen & didn't find one.

not sure about 28005, but I just tested on 21882 I got it.

OMJ, is that something that can be installed/tweaked or is it part of the system itself? I actually like that better than just a pop-up.

the youtube app will only work with wifi

is there a fix?

whats that? Are you talking about the snooze/dismiss notification? If so, it should be in 28005 too, I beleive it's part of the Notification Enhancement or Menu Enhancement, but both are in the rom.

I'll be flashing soon, and I'll test it out.

sorry, not sure. I dont use it....try searching the thread or forum, but I havent seen any posts about it


*EDIT*, just tried YouTube on 21882, worked just fine over EV
