i been using the 23504 for about 4 hours yesturday, until i press the call id button of one of my contact it would not call out and also the active sync would not sync everytime i plug the usb in. anyone got that problem? so i switched to the 21807 for the rest of the day until this morning. i woke up this morning with the battery still at 90 percent, very good. i did play around with it before i went to sleep. but when i press the task bar to check the battery meter and notification it blinks and goto that screen and back to the phone screen. i tried it about 10X it does that about 4 out of 10. anyone experience that issue?

this rom is near perfect for 2.5. I woud like to see visual overhaul to your taste, of course.

htc leo/tp2 wallpapers in the next release?
transparent slider?
Transparent clock?

I do not know if this would be possible...but could you get manila 2.5 to work on 6.1? I REALLY do not like 6.5 or 6.51..I guess I am a little old school.

Any ideas on how to get rid of the Hands Free Activation on every startup..I found a registry entry that got rid of it once but forgot to write it down.

I too, prefer 6.1 and yesterday posed the question, to see if 6.1 and manila 2.5 could be used together. Calkulin replied ...

"Last time I tried it, the SMS tab(HTC messaging client) displayed black, plus the start menu will have a bunch of uniconed links as the icon loader only works on 6.5+ but the rest worked for me."

I'm thinking that if anyone could get it done, OMJ would be the guy.

23504 is much more snappier indeed. and no issues.
I did(do) have problem making hotmail work in 21870 version tho, and that is the only reason that I am sticking with 23504.


*EDIT* forgot to mention, i was not able to use footprint. it says it failed to initiate the camera. not important since i don't use it - for both versions.

It would be great to disable the HTC messaging client. It's SO slow compared to windows (23504)

-I can try 6.1 & see how it behaves....

-footprints wont work properly on any rom, NRG posted a way around it, but its a hassle

-u can disable the HTC messaging client, check earlier posts, their is a cab or check my other thread, I posted this am

-custom manila? baby steps my friend, we just got it working, lol

-I had the issue once where it would not change from serial to usb w/ the cable plugged in, had to pull battery

I tried the 6.5.1 (I've been a flashaholic lately) and Activesync is weird in that build. Hmm. Also it felt really slow and laggy. I flashed shipped and hard reset too.
