I don't know if anyone would be interested, but I have a rom built on 21925. Its definitely not a build I would use daily, but its kinda neat to check out. MS is really going towards being more finger friendly - popdown menu's and buttons are much bigger. I can upload and share if anyone wants to flash it for the fun of it...

While they have enlarged popdown menu's and buttons, they haven't yet taken the time to fit it all to a screen... So things are getting pushed off the screen and you can't get to them in some areas.

yeah hopefully they tweak it to a point where we can use it, maybe a screen shot if you have one that way we get an idea without actually having to reflash :)

Just as an FYI, it doesn't display the "Touch the screen to begin setting up device" screen. I left my phone connected to the computer and waited for activesync to detect the device, then tapped the screen and it started the alignment and went fine from there.

It looks like 23007 is on its way! Da_G is uploading right now so as soon as I can I'll snag it and post a sys for everyone to start building off of.

In the mean time, I've been playing around with the layout of Titanium and I'm getting closer to what I want but I still don't like it. My goal is functionality with less going across my background - I want to be able to see the majority of the background on my phone. I am trying to figure out what to do with the clock to move it out of the way but here are my results so far - let me know what you think...

Hmmm... I was actually thinking about moving it to the middle of the screen at the bottom, just above the softkey bar.

That would be sweet... I'll have to look and see if there is a setting for transparency.

Played a little more - changed the selected item bar and shrunk the time/moved it to the side... looks to bare and off balance to me...

well I was thinking maybe there could be letters that are bubbled/outlined but clear (like 3d pretty much), so you could read it well but still see thru it.

Well I got 23007 downloaded, ported, and flashed to my phone. Got it ready to upload while my phone went thru customizations, and then noticed my start menu was empty lol. I think it was just a fluke but I went ahead and flashed back to 23004 for now. I'm taking my wife to dinner and a movie tonight so it won't be til later before I find out what happened. If anyone wants me to go ahead and upload what I have speak up and I'll start the upload before I leave for dinner and post a link for where it will be when its done uploading...

You mean with a generic rom, Riley? You probably won't have access to carrier specific functions, such as EPST and data profile updates.

I just flashed 23007 and it's running smooth, no problems.

I did have something weird ... I was flashing from your 23004 and I usually do a factory Sprint flash before the new one. This time, the Sprint flash said it couldn't run. I tried a couple of times and it wouldn't run so I just went directly to 23007.

No big deal, the new ROM is running well but I thought I'd see if anyone knows why this would happen.

"said it couldn't run" isn't very descriptive. ;)

What was the exact error message?

Did you try putting it into bootloader mode first?

I didn't write it down but when the message "checking your device" completed, it said something like ... the update coulnd't run or maybe couldn't complete ... click to exit. I just exited and flashed to 23007.

I've had that happen for a few reasons (depending on how the rest of that message went)
- Flashing ROM for the wrong phone (Touch Pro rom on my Diamond...oops)
- Battery was too low...it won't flash if your battery is below 50% (bootloader mode bypasses battery check)
- bad USB cable...it took me a while to realize it was going bad. It would work sometimes and not others.

It's the right one ... I'd used in many times before. I don't think it was the battery or USB because I flashed immediately afterward. Anyway - no big deal the new ROM is working well.

Getting ready to try 23007.

The only real issue I have with your kitchen is that, since I'm somewhat colorblind, the color custom taskbar icons just don't work for my eyes. Would really prefer the standard black & white ones.

Where do I look? I assume there's probably a file from Calk's kitchen you've modified.
