I'd like to see a update too lol. This is the longest I've ever had a rom and just know finally experiencing problems. I have alot of problems with receiving and opening texts. I can run clean ram and all the sudden I receive 18 text messages. I think it's a problem with the sys though as it's on every rom I try after a few weeks and happens even if I don't install anything.

Great work though, you do deserve a break

First thanks Mike for a great rom.

I have read through the mighty rom 6 posts and have not found someone else with this issue. In the comm manager the wifi and data connection selection is greyed out (see attached screenshot). Why is it greyed out? Is this a bug or am I missing something? I can select setting and then wireless lan to turn wifi on and off.

Are you plugged into activesync?

1) data is greyed out because the image you have shows your radio is turned off.

Unstable ROM - phone keeps bricking if powered off then on again.

1st power off/on the UI will freeze, then at second power on either the HTC diamond screen or the mightrom splash screen will lock.

The only way to sort it out is enter bootloader mode and reflash. Soft reset doesn't work and the phone locks up before you can even do a hard reset.

I like to say mrom 6 is great. I flashed to the stock rom and then to mrom6. I have had only a few minor problems, but found solutions in this forum that were easy to use and fixed the problem. Thanks Mike.

Fitst of all...thanks for all the hard work you do. I'm not a chef or programmer by any means but I do appreciate peoples hard work. I've tried several ROMS and had good experience with all of them, with a minor glitch or two to be expected. I installed the latest Mighty ROM and after restarting it, my phone is no longer connecting with my PC via USB. Not sure if it's something I did or if there is a driver issue in the phone. It's not the computer because I tried another PC and it's a no-go there as well. Anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same problem with mrom6. You need to do the following:

1) Download the stock rom. See HTC site or sticky note for http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=67 (I downloaded the alltel rom from the htc website)

2) Boot the phone into the bootloader screen (multicolor screen). See previous posts or http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=67

Boot to multicolor screen:
i)Pull battery, wait 5 seconds
ii)Put battery back in
iii)Press the Volume Down button
iv)While holding volume down, press and hold the power button, this will put you into bootloader(tri-color screen)
v)Plug in USB cable
vi)Flash

3) Install stock rom while multicolor screen is displayed.

4) Hard reset the phone

There are two main methods:
i. Power + VolumeDown + Enter (circle button) and hold down Reset until the white screen appears, then press VolumeUp to Hard Reset.
ii. Goto Start > Settings > System > Clear Storage. You can then choose to Clear Storage, Format internal storage only (the 4GB memory), or Clear storage and format internal storage. Once you've made your choice, type in 1234 to the box at the bottom, and then click Yes.

5) Installed mrom6 via normal methods.

This worked for me. Thanks.
