sometimes things happen that can't be replicated from one user to another. I just tried and the only thing that was the same was the last word thing. just hit the top right exit button and it disappeared. the other two worked fine and Im also using groove'snow 6.5 rom now. I am using the compact qwerty if that makes a difference.

That's werid, I'm using the same setup. Installed the HTC one before flashing, flashed, cleared storage and hard reset, and I have those issues. Happens on Compact QWERTY for me also, my fingers are so fat it's the only one I can use lol.

The one that I've tried has the same issue in texting as the official HTC maintenance one does, where the first word won't show up and the last word stays on the screen. Also, if I click on a link from my email to open it in PIE, the entire phone freezes.

that sucks. I will try to replicate this. I did notice the last word thing on most roms though and just hit the x button to get out of it but it's annoying.

yeah this is a keyboard issue. finger keyboard never does that to me, but all keyboards (including stock) does it. never understood why but its very annoying. someone may need to modify it

I notice this as well, it only happens on the stock Compact QWERTY. It would be great if someone made a non-OEM Compact QWERTY.

I have gotten around this by hitting the space bar after the last word.. this clears the word out of the input panel.. give it a try..

I went to MR5 beta just because of this bug. If there is a fix I will update my ROM but Mike is about to release MR6.
