Help with weather location!!
 

Hello, I am new to all of this and i was messing around with putting themes on my Touch Diamond. I downloaded the TF3d config and downloaded a few themes. the first one i put on my phone was called Zitoun_dirtywallpaper. It went on fine but when i went to the weather tab in TF3d it did not have my location set up anymore so i went to add a new location and i could not even find United States anymore it was changed to Etats-Unis and it still did not have the correct city that i wanted. Is there any way to fix this? Sory for the big wall of text i just really want to fix this. TIA for the help

What ROM are you running? Stock?

I believe you have your language set to French. Etats-Unis translated is United States.

I checked the language settings went to start settings then regional settings and it is set to english. is there someplace else i should check?

the closest city i could find close to me was charleston W.V.

I would like to have Huntington West Virginia but if I could just get Charleston back that would be fine with me

medina626 will those work under the weather tab in touch flo? Sory if that is a stupid question but like i said i just got this phone 2 days ago dont know much about it.

Move cab to Phone through Active sync and just run the cab file. If it does not have the city you are looking for, to unistall go to Start....Settings...(System Tab) .....Remove programs.

Found it, You need to change a Registry..

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila\Weather.City List

Change value to "NAM|US|WV|HUNTINGTON"

You will need the Registry Editor Software that I have attached. Install and run it. Find the Key and change it. Worked here.
