Help, Phone is Hard Resetting itself

I flashed to intxROM 1.6 and ever since my phone keeps hard resetting itself. It will lock up and I will do a soft reset, but when it resets everything is deleted. I tried flashing another rom (Tersoth) and it is doing the same thing.

Drybonz is correct. Flash to stock ROM, hard reset, and flash back to intxROM if you wish. After flashing to Intx, hard reset again.

Both hard reset's should be through the settings - clear storage method.
