Cooks: Duplicate Files in Temp

I have been told that when building a rom when I come accross duplicate files and buildos stops, to just go and delete the file from one of the OEMs. Now as of recently I am getting a duplicate .dll. Wont that hurt one of the programs if i delete a .dll? Thanks.

Not if it's a duplicate dll, as it's all being OEM'd into the Windows directory usually.

Just checking. I went ahead and cooked the rom with one of the duplicate .dlls deleted and it worked fine still. Thank you for the info.
