it mentions this as one of the fixes is in this release. seems to be working fine for me.

*Resolves an issue with time not updating correctly after daylight savings time adjustment*

For the rhodium, it's an issue with an add-on, the world clock. This won't fix that unfortunately...

Initial observations are this release seems pretty solid.

Improvements:

Sprint tv works very well (of course it should since it's there rom!) but the accelemetor works very well with it. no delay switching orientations.

File explorer is very snappy including only a couple seconds delay to get into windows folder

tf3d is a bit snappier than the original rom. seems to flow faster.

Negatives:

Nothing major just yet. i noticed my signal seems to be not as good (about a bar down) and data speeds have been below average but it could just be the network right now.

Can't wait until our chefs modify this puppy up! :headbang:

I loaded it up... got the text freeze once while sending a txt. Also having the issue where the first suggested word is gibberish(it's just all the first letters you typed) as reported before. Also while in a text message, the SIP keeps popping up and down. Very annoying.

Other than that the rest of the rom seems to be solid although with minimal apps loaded, i'm already down to only having 32MB of free storage space.

gibberish and missing letter in T9 are both SIP issues, just cab install a different SIP.

Leaked Official Rom vs. Official Rom

After a quick comparison to the leaked rom, here are the differences:

.\oemdrivers\785ef691-88cf-476f-865d-d9707a9a1dd1.dsm

.\oem_lang_0409\contacts.zip (removed)

.\oemdrivers\rilphone.dll

.\oemversion\mxipupdate_zzpied_100.provxml

.\operatorpkg\_opera.ini

The keyboard has shrunk. I have searched for a ccab of the original. Does anyone know where to find such an animal? All I get in my search is various rom upgrades.
thanks
